Goldenrod Department Store is a six-story compartmental emporium located in Goldenrod City, being the largest building therein.
It is the only department store available in Johto; by extension, it is the largest store in the region, carrying the most all-encompassing inventory of items—inclusive of some item categories that are not ubiquitously retailed in Pokémarts, such as TMs and evolutionary stones.

1F: Receptionistic Counter

A move-tutor can also be found; he will impart the Body Slam technique to any compatible Pokémon for 15,000 per tutee.
Thieves
Additionally, a Pokéball-vendor can be found on the floor. He will sell you 50 Pokéballs for the price of 9,000; this effectively saves you
1,000, since 50 Pokéballs would cost
10,000 at the standardly retailed price.
Bonny will sell you 400 Max Repels for 250,000, effectively saving you
30,000 from the regular price.
3F: TMs
TMs based on the Players amount of Badges are sold on this floor, making it the vastest TM store available in the region.

Rotom cardboards
There is a stack of cardboard boxes that can be used for Rotom forms on the 3rd floor. If the player has a Rotom in his or her party, it will be able to freely change between the multiple forms with no cost or delay.
Thunder Wave Tutor
Additionally, a move-tutor can also be found; he will impart the Thunder Wave technique to any compatible Pokémon for 15,000 per tutee.

The PvE Coin Master is located on the 5th floor. He will sell various rare Pokémon and items using PvE Coins as a currency. He will sell up to 5 different kind of Pokémon, which are randomized each week from a list of Pokémon. The items he sell varie from a large variety of categories, including Cosmetics, Mounts, Evolution items, Battle items and Usable items.
Collector Joro
In exchange for your Shiny or event Pokémon, he will give you either 5 or 3 PvE Coins. If the Pokémon has your OT, he will give you 5 coins and if it does not have your OT, he will give you 3 coins.
6F: Vending Machine
It is possible to purchase healing items by examining any of the two vending machines.

B1F: Warehouse
Goldenrod City's Department Store has an extra underground floor. The floor is mostly used for story purpose; it is linked to the Goldenrod City Underground through a few rooms that Team Rocket is hiding in, and the player is required to infiltrate these rooms through the Department Store's underground. Else than this, there is also an item that can be picked up.
