Pokémon League Sinnoh is the final Sinnoh area, where the Elite Four awaits the player. Only after completing their challenges will the Sinnoh region be truely completed.
The area is separated into two parts by Sinnoh Victory Road. The southern half has a Pokémon Center to rest before going through the Victory Road. The northern half is where it is possible to challenge the Elite Four. It is possible to skip through Sinnoh Victory Road using the Dig burrows on its walls. However, both halves start with a Waterfall, as such it will be necessary to get HM07 from Sinnoh Safari if it wasn't obtained in Cave of Origin already and teach the move Waterfall to a Pokémon.

Sinnoh Elite Four
The Elite Four of the Sinnoh region will await the player in the back of the building. Before going there, the player can fully prepare for the incoming challenge by healing at the Pokémon Center and stocking on the best healing items in the PokéMart. Multiple NPCs will also hint at the type of each members of the Elite Four.
Once the player is ready, he or she can start the challenge by stepping in the northern door of the building. Once in, it is necessary to survive through 5 tough trainers with no return to the Pokémon Center.
