Functionality
Metronome will use a random move from almost all of the existing moves. If a priority move is chosen, it will not go first. Multi-hit moves will fail if the user is holding a Choice Band, Choice Scarf, or Choice Specs.
Z-Metronome: No Z-Power effect, then uses Metronome.
