Sinnoh is one of the mainland regions that is currently playable in Pokémon Revolution Online. Said region is located North of Hoenn. By virtue of the regional linearity of the game's storyline wherein regions are traveled to in generational succession, it is the third region that players venture into. It is made travelable after all eight badges of Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn have been acquired, and its Elite Four bureau has been pulverized.
It is inhabited predominantly by Generation IV Pokémon, being the native land of them. Sinnoh is, currently, the final region in Pokémon Revolution Online.
Transregional accessibility
Starting
Once the Sinnoh (quest) has been completed, you will be teleported to Twinleaf Town, where you will begin your Sinnoh journey. Similar to the other regions, except Kanto, you are able to trade as soon as you reach a Pokémon Center.
Returning to Sinnoh
Unlike the rest of the regions, Sinnoh is not connected to other regions by any routes, forcing the player to pay 
5,000 to enter Sinnoh via the ferries in Vermilion City, Olivine City, or Lilycove City, unless they are a Transit Pass holder.
Defeating the Sinnoh Elite Four will unlock the ferry in Canalave City that takes you to the other 3 regions, for a price of 5,000, unless you are a Transit Pass holder.
