Route 111 South is a Hoenn route located north of Mauville City. Route 111 being split into three sections, this is the southern one, which also connects to the south part of Route 112. Moving north leads to Route 111 Desert, however it cannot be entered until completing the Lavaridge Town's Gym. The southern route 111 unfortunately has nothing of interest and does not even have land wild Pokémons, a very rare occurance within land Routes.

Rachel's Friends Quest (Charlie)

One of the locations the fourth friend of Rachel can be found in is in Route 111 South, staying inside the only house of the route. He will trade the player's Potion for a Pokeball yet again.

The next friend to find will be Ketoprak, who can be found in either Route 124, Route 128 or Mt. Pyre.
