Intraregional transportation
Intraregional-transportation systems are conduits that transport its passengers to other areas within the region, embarking and disembarking within the same region.
There are two transportive systems: the subway and transmat station, which are biregionally interlocked for the Kanto-Johto and Hoenn-Sinnoh regional pairs, respectively. They become accessible as soon as their prerequisitely designed quests are completed, in addition to winning the regional championships of the transportative regions.

Transregional transportation
Transregional transportation systems will transport you from one region to another, enabling interregional travel. Outside of Kanto and Johto, which are unified to the same mainland-region expanse, these systems make traveling through the regions much easier.
Ferries
Ferries are the principal system used for seabound travels, enabling you to travel to other regions and islands—including PRO-custom standalone ones.
Most of the vessels used for these services can be found tethered to the docks of Vermilion City, Olivine City, Lilycove City, and Canalave City.

Exemption passes can be purchased to deregulate you from the fees imposed for using these services.
These passes can be bought from ticket-vendors, who can be found purveying the passes in most of the transportal stations. The passes are infinite-use for as long as they are valid, and they are sold for the following prices for the respective durational periods:
Price | Duration (days) |
