Saphirr is located in the south-east of the route, isolated on the mountain by a Rock Climb path. On top of requiring Rock Climb to reach him, he will fight the player on the condition that he or she has completed the Heatran quest, has a Fire Pokémon on hand and doesn't have a Snorlax.
