After completing the main questline in Dreadtown, Mayor Vlad will give you the opportunity to earn Halloween Tokens by submitting freshly caught [[Purrloin]] to him. The amount of tokens given will directly equate to the amount of IVs the submitted Pokémon has. <br>
You can then exchange these tokens with the Prize Vendor in [[Murky Town]].
