==Function==
When the possessor is attacked by a [[Dark_(type)|Dark]]-type damage-dealing move, its Attack stat will upscale by one stage, thereby providing an advantageous countereffect against Dark-type attacks.

If the possessor is damaged by a [[:Category:Multi-strike moves|multi-strike]] Dark-type move, the amount of upscaled stages will incrementally increase for each hit; for example, 3 strikes would upscale it by 3 stages (provided that it does not exceed the maximal amount of stages that are increasable).
