Boss rework 2019
MehCanMet was part of the Boss rework in early 2019 and was updated at the 16th Swptember 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPC's in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case the player can simply re-fight the boss.

The boss rework implies a challenge for players on any experience level who do enjoy doing bosses because of the three difficulty level every not story related boss has, which ensures that bosses are challengable for newer players and also be a chellange for those who have a high Pokémon knowledge. Boss teams are decisively reworked and only contain level 100 Pokémon. EVs and hold items do vary among other things - also depending on the difficulty level.

* Easy: bosses have no EVs and no hold items; as well as a weakened moveset. Consecutive win rewards are also not available.
* Medium: bosses have 252 EVs in each stat and hold items.
* Hard: bosses have 400 EVs in each stat and hold items. Furthermore, the player is not allowed to use in-battle items such as Revives.

MehCanMet differs from other bosses in the rework in that it is a one time battle and you cannot rechallenge it like the other bosses. It also doesn't follow the basic principles of the easy, medium and hard tiers. See below lineup for details.

Lineup
MehMetCan is different from the other reworked bosses in that his team doesn't follow the standard tiering of: easy, medium and hard. His team is a mix of both hard and easy. His pokemon have 400 EVs in each stat but they do not hold items and you can use in-battle items such as Revives. His pokemon also do not have set natures and they will be randomly chosen like any normal NPC battle.
Bosses, oftentimes phrasally referred to as boss NPCs, are transcendent battle NPCs that can be challenged by qualifying players for an assortment of high-end rewards and feature-unlockings.

Since bosses constitute the strongest NPC-deployed lineups in the game—having maximal stats attainable by players—they are considered the fulcrum of the PvE (player versus environment) aspect in Pokémon Revolution Online.

As of December 2018, scripters began to revamp already existing bosses. The reworked bosses include changes to their team lineup, rewards, player requirements, and Pokemons' effort values and levels. The aforementioned bosses now have three difficulty levels for the player to choose from.

Boss NPCs are identifiable by their distinctively <span style="color:#FF0000;">red</span> or <span style="color:#4E004E;">purple</span>-colored names on the overworld, while those with red names are 'normal' bosses and those with purple names are 'superbosses' which are considered to be much more difficult. Some bosses might not be visible to the players until their prerequisites have been satisfied.

Boss-NPC characters are predominantly modeled after either Gym Leaders, staff members, or plot characters.
Requirements
Old bosses
Given their enviable rewards and stature as cream-of-the-crop end-game content, they typically will impose lofty requirements in order to be challengable.

While requirements will boss-specifically vary, there are many commonalities and baselines that are shared among them; the more prevalent ones include 200-plus hours of playtime and six level-100 on-hand Pokémon.
Reworked bosses
The main requirement is to be champion of the region the boss stays on. The scale of the rewards is controlled by three different difficulty grades - Easy, Medium and hard. Some bosses also have a hour requirement, but only if they are connected with special events such like catching a legendary Pokémon.

Rewards
Some boss NPCs are compulsory in order to unlock essential features or progressional thresholds; for example, Youngster Joey must be defeated in order to advance to Hoenn, since he will occlude the transregional porter thereto until he is defeated. For the most part, however, boss NPCs are optional to battle but tremendously rewardful for those who defeat them, as they offer Pokémon, items and other commodities that might not be as handily obtainable, otherwise.

Incremental thresholds
Old bosses
While prizesets will boss-specifically vary, most of them follow the same paradigm of reward-distrubiting. Most offer initially randomized prizes—typically enviable Pokémon or items at commensurately varying odds—until the incremental thresholds are met; typically after three-consecutive wins against the boss, they will allow you to select the prize, sometimes augmenting the selectable prizes to extra prizes that might not be rewardable, otherwise.

The consecution of battles will reset either upon losing to the boss or after the third-consecutive win. Bosses typically will remind you what streak you are on after defeating them.

Pokémon
Many bosses will reward Pokémon that might either be unhuntable or ultra-rare, otherwise.

Boss-rewarded Pokémon may also have potential shiny counterparts, but most stipulate that the incremental thresholds must be met before the shiny chance is possible.

Miscellaneous
Many bosses are also multifunctional in the sense that they may serve as vendors or as move tutors. In these cases, they typically will require being battled at least one time before their commercial services are accessible; this entails that the requirements are satisfied, or they may not have any accessibly serviceable feature.

Supplementarily, an amount of Pokémoney ranging from Pdollar1-Pdollar10,000 will also be rewarded upon defeating the NPC.

Reworked bosses
Reworked bosses have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. There are three difficulty level: Easy, Medium and Hard.
For extra rewards, the Medium and Hard level have a three-time win streak.

Tier 1: A random amount of common items which depends on the boss, like Focus Sashes, Weakness Policyies, Air Balloons,Lum Berries or Sitrus Berries.

Tier 2: A random amount of more valuable items, mixed with some high valuable rewards depending on the boss, like PP Up's, Rare Candy's, Small Train Ticket or Corphish.

Tier 3: Rare Pokémon depending on the boss, like Gible, Dratini, Bunnelby or Scyther.

Easy: 85% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 5% for tier 3 rewards, 5-10k money reward.

Medium: 80% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 10% for tier 3 rewards, 12-30k money reward, +2 PvE Coins.

Hard: 60% chance for tier 1, 25% for tier 2 and 15% for tier 3 rewards, 20-40k money reward, +4 PvE Coins.

Once a player beat a boss three times in a row, you can choose one extra reward Pokémon out of the choice of four. Which, depends on the boss.
The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.

Cooldown time
Amount
Most bosses will be rechallengable after 12 days have elapsed; the main exceptions are quest-compulsory bosses, which either cool down after 2 hours or will not be rechallengable by virtue of the fact that simply battling them will suffice to unlock the progressional reward.

Naero is another anomaly, wherein the boss' cooldown time will be halved to six days if battled with active membership status at the juncture the battle was initiated.

Cooldown-timers
The cooldown times can be checked by speaking to the cooldown-checker in Celadon Office 2F, Goldenrod City House 1, Slateport City House 1, or Canalave City House 1; they will give you a confirmatory response as to whether or not they are ready.

For reworked bosses, you need to use the cooldown-checker in Celadon Office 2F as they cant be displayed on the other, xanascript coded NPC's. Once all bosses are reworked, those NPC's will be exchanged.

If you seek a more quantitative answer on the remaining cooldown time, you can interact with the boss in question; they will quantify how much time is remaining before they are rechallengable when asked.
Boss rework 2019
Thor was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 16th Septembery 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPCs in general. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss.

Rewards
The standard subsets of rewards will be randomized and rewarded each time; however, upon defeating him three-consecutive times, you will get a extra reward on the difficulty level Medium and Hard while Hard gives slightly better rewards.

There is no shiny counterpart of Pokémon rewarded from the randomized prizeset; only the selectable prizes have one, which is 1/4,096 in fractional notation (0.0244%, in percental notation).

All rewarded Pokémon will be initialized at level 20.

Reworked bosses such as Thor have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. There are three difficulty level: Easy, Medium and Hard.
For extra rewards, the Medium and Hard level have a three-time win streak.

Tier 1: A random amount of common items which depends on the boss, like Focus Sashes, Weakness Policies, Air Balloons,Lum Berries or Sitrus Berries.

Tier 2: A random amount of more valuable items, mixed with some high valuable rewards depending on the boss, like PP Up's, Rare Candies, Small Train Ticket or Corphish.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
Boss rework 2019
Saphirr was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 17th September 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPCs in general. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss.

Challenging Saphirr
Saphirr is located at the start of Route 227, You will need a Pokemon with the move Rock Climb to access him.

Interacting with him will automatically initiate a battle if you have completed the Sinnoh League, One Fire Type Pokemon in your team and Completed the Heatran Quest. If you have previously battled him, it will be a 12-day cooldown time to rechallenge him. In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Saphirr will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.

Bosses which are coded in Python such as Saphirr have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
The Professor Rowan boss is the boss-NPC incarnation of Professor Rowan—the preeminent Pokémon professor of the Sinnoh region. He homologizes to Professor Oak, Professor Elm and Professor Birch of the Kanto, Johto and Hoenn regions, respectively, as Sinnoh's professorial boss NPC.

Because of his byjob as a distributor starter Pokémon, his trove of prizes include Sinnohs's own subset of starter Pokémon, making him a potentially prolific alternative to hunting for the starter Pokémon in the wild.
Boss rework 2019
Letrix was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 17th September 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPCs in general. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss.

Challenging Letrix
Letrix is located in the far north of Valley Windworks, you will need to interact and borough through a tunnel to reach the Boss.
The boss NPC Tigerous, which is based on the staff T-mod lead Tigerous, is the first non reworked boss coded in Python and is located at Eumi Island where the 2018 Christmas Event was held.

Boss rework 2019
Tigerous was not part of the Boss rework in 2019 and always had the python based advantages.

Challenging Tigerous
Tigerous resides in Eumi Island Theme Park 2, specifically next to the Casino located in the west of this map.

Once interacted with, you have the option to initiate the battle with him contingent that there is no in-effect cooldown time and that you have satisfied all the battle requirements. If you lose, you must wait for 12 days to elapse before he is rechallengable.
In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Tigerous will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.

Lineup
Easy
For Medium/Hard Keldeo has two moves missing from the information above. The missing moves is Secret Sword and he seems to only have 3 moves.

Reworked bosses such as Tigerous have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them.

Tier 3: Rare Pokémon depending on the boss, like Gible, Dratini, Bunnelby or Scyther.

Lt.Surge was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 15th June 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPCs in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server has crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss.

Challenging Lt.Surge
Surge is located towards the left side of New Mauville

Interacting with him will automatically initiate a battle if you have completed the Hoenn League. If you have previously battled him, it will be a 12-day cooldown time to rechallenge him. In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Surge will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.

Bosses which are coded in Python such as Neroli have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. The Terminator is a boss NPC that was imitatively conceptualized by the protagonistic humanoid featured in the film of its namesake.
Challenging Terminator
Terminator is stationed in the Moltres Chamber of the Mt. Silver complex; this is reachable from the interiorly lowermost floor of the mountain, which entails a Rain Badge and Waterfall-wielding Pokémon on-hand to traverse your way to the entryway thereto.

Contingent that you have become declared as the Sinnoh-league champion, a battle will be initiable with it.

After the battle, the NPC will become inoperative and will not be re-operationalized for 11 more days, thereby imposing an 11-day cooldown on rechallenging it.

Rewards
Upon defeating Terminator, it will reward a Pokémoney payout ranging from Pdollar12,000 to Pdollar30,000, supplemented by a randomized Pokémon or item reward from its prizesets.

Contingent that you defeat it three-consecutive times, all Pokémon from its Pokémon prizeset will selectably rewarded; there is a 1/3,072 chance of obtaining a shiny counterpart of each of them, whereas there is no shiny chance randomized for Pokémon from the randomly rewarded prizeset prior.

All Pokémon from the randomized prizesets will be initialized at level 10, whereas the selectably rewarded ones are initialized at level 15.

Bosses which are coded in Python such as Neroli have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
Boss rework 2019
Lt.Surge was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 15th June 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPCs in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server has crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss.

Challenging Lt.Surge
Surge is located towards the left side of New Mauville

Interacting with him will automatically initiate a battle if you have completed the Hoenn League. If you have previously battled him, it will be a 12-day cooldown time to rechallenge him. Terminator is stationed in the Moltres Chamber of the Mt. Silver complex; this is reachable from the interiorly lowermost floor of the mountain, which entails a Rain Badge and Waterfall-wielding Pokémon on-hand to traverse your way to the entryway thereto.

Contingent that 400 hours of playtime have elapsed on your account and that you have become declared as the Sinnoh-league champion, a battle will be initiable with it.

After the battle, the NPC will become inoperative and will not be re-operationalized for 11 more days, thereby imposing an 11-day cooldown on rechallenging it.
Boss rework 2019
Link was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 15th June 2019.

Challenging Link
Link is located in the top right house of Twinleaf Town

Interacting with him will automatically initiate a battle if you have completed the Sinnoh League. If you have previously battled him, it will be a 12-day cooldown time to rechallenge him. In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Link will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight her.

*On Hard difficulty some of the Boss's pokemon have more than 4 moves. However 4 moves will be randomly generated for the battle.

Some of the following moves extra are:

▪︎Hippowdon - Iron Head and Ice Fang

▪︎Heatran - Earth Power and Dragon Pulse

▪︎Donphan - Fire Fang, Thunder Fang and Heavy Slam

▪︎Shiny Emboar - Earthquake, Stone Edge, Sucker Punch and Zen Headbutt

Bosses which are coded in Python such as Neroli have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
