Due to the contest's cooldown, the daily version of the Bug Catching Contest can only be accessed for 20 minutes every day, making it difficult to hunt for a specific Pokémon. However, the rewards from the contest makes it worthwhile.

The Daily version of the Bug Catching Contest is strictly PVE as you are only competing against NPCs. The Weekly version is available twice on Saturdays and is a pvp competition amongst all players who show up.
 

==Bug Catching Contest (Daily)==
The Bug Catching Contest is a activity in which the player can take part once every day by talking to the Contest Judge inside the south Stop House of [[National Park]]. You may bring in any Pokémon you like to assist in catching bug pokemon. [[Parasect]], [[Breloom]] and [[Smeargle]] are recommended due to their access to both [[False Swipe]] and [[Spore]]. You may also want to bring in a Pokémon with the [[Synchronize (ability)|Synchronize]] ability.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of {{Pdollar}}2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. *Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 [[Great Ball|Great Balls]] for the price of {{Pdollar}}20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.

In the Bug Catching Contest, there are many rewards that can be obtained. The player can receive the following:

Beedrillite, Pinsirite and Heracronite can be obtained once the player has a [[Mega Bracelet]]. Once obtaining the [[Mega Bracelet]] the player will need to win the Bug catching contest 3 times for the first stone, further 3 times for the second and another 3 times for the last one. The wins do not need to be in a row and they are randomly. These are also a 1 time only reward.

Due to the contest's cooldown, the daily version of the Bug Catching Contest can only be accessed for 20 minutes every day, making it difficult to hunt for a specific Pokémon. The Daily version of the Bug Catching Contest is strictly PVE as you are only competing against NPCs. The Weekly version is available twice on Saturdays and is a pvp competition amongst all players who show up.
 

==Bug Catching Contest (Daily)==
The Bug Catching Contest is a activity in which the player can take part once every day by talking to the Contest Judge inside the south Stop House of [[National Park]]. You may bring in any Pokémon you like to assist in catching bug pokemon. [[Parasect]], [[Breloom]] and [[Smeargle]] are recommended due to their access to both [[False Swipe]] and [[Spore]]. You may also want to bring in a Pokémon with the [[Synchronize (ability)|Synchronize]] ability.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of {{Pdollar}}2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. He can either release a Pokémon in the player's party or withdraw one of his or her catches that was sent to the boxes due to a full party. Of course, releasing the Catcher Pokémon is not possible.
*Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 [[Great Ball|Great Balls]] for the price of {{Pdollar}}20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.

Due to the contest's cooldown, the daily version of the Bug Catching Contest can only be accessed for 20 minutes every day, making it difficult to hunt for a specific Pokémon. However, the rewards from the contest makes it worthwhile.

The Daily version of the Bug Catching Contest is strictly PVE as you are only competing against NPCs. The Weekly version is available twice on Saturdays and is a pvp competition amongst all players who show up.
 

==Bug Catching Contest (Daily)==
The Bug Catching Contest is a activity in which the player can take part once every day by talking to the Contest Judge inside the south Stop House of [[National Park]]. You may bring in any Pokémon you like to assist in catching bug pokemon. [[Parasect]], [[Breloom]] and [[Smeargle]] are recommended due to their access to both [[False Swipe]] and [[Spore]]. You may also want to bring in a Pokémon with the [[Synchronize (ability)|Synchronize]] ability.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of {{Pdollar}}2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. He can either release a Pokémon in the player's party or withdraw one of his or her catches that was sent to the boxes due to a full party. Of course, releasing the Catcher Pokémon is not possible.
*Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 [[Great Ball|Great Balls]] for the price of {{Pdollar}}20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.
*The police officers at the very south will allow the player to finish the contest early, should he or she feel satisfied with one of his or her caught Pokémon. It is also possible to disqualify, which means no reward will be given.

Once the Bug Catching Contest is over, it will be necessary to speak to the Contest Judge and submit the desired Bug Pokémon. It will then be necessary to speak to every other contestant and hear what Pokémon they caught, in order to continue. The Contest Judge will announce the winner and hand over the prizes, concluding the Bug Catching Contest.

==Score System (Daily)==
Each Pokémon caught in the Bug Catching Contest is given a score. The better the Pokémon, the higher the score. To hope for a win, it is expected to aim for at least 200 points. The score is decided by four different factors:
*Level. Each level of the Pokémon is worth a point, and caps at level 25 for 25 points.
*IVs. Each IV point of the Pokémon is worth a point.
*Rarity. In the Bug Catching contest, each catchable Pokémon is given a Rarity Tier between 1 and 4:
**Tier 1 Pokémon are worth 50 points.
**Tier 2 Pokémon are worth 75 points.
**Tier 3 Pokémon are worth 100 points.
**Tier 4 Pokémon are worth 130 points.
*Shiny. If the caught Pokémon is a Shiny Pokémon, the total score is multiplied by 1.5

The total score can then be summarized by the following formula:

==Prizes==
In the Bug Catching Contest, there are many rewards that can be obtained. The player can receive the following:
*Pokedollars: {{Pdollar}}25,000 for 1st place, {{Pdollar}}10,000 for 2nd place, {{Pdollar}}7,500 for 3rd place and {{Pdollar}}1,000 for any lower place.
*PvE Coins: 3 PvE Coins for 1st place, 2 PvE coins for 2nd place, 1 PvE Coin for 3rd place.
*Randomized reward: If the player has scored 1st to 3rd place, a random reward is given between a bank of items and Pokémon. Each position has their own bank, with 1st place usually having the best items and Pokémon.

==Notable Miscellanies==
===Latios & Latias===
The main questline added in the 2021 Summer event involved the Eon duo―[[Latias]] & [[Latios]]. The rewards are a [[Nature Reroll Ticket]] and a [[Pokémon Counterparts|Summer form]] for each.

The quest begins to the top left of the Alto Mare race registration building. In the middle of a small bridge top left of the aforementioned building, there is a specific tile you must step on to trigger the quest. Once you do that, a girl will appear and there will be two people following her. After some dialog, she will run away. You must now find her; she will be hiding in one of the large trees scattered throughout the city. After finding her, she runs towards the museum; chase her to the museum, then she will run off towards the Pokémon Center. After speaking with her, she will run into a wall and go through it; follow her.

You'll find yourself inside '''Alto Mare Secret Garden'''. Walk up to the alter just north of where you entered and speak with the girl. After being spoken to, she transforms into a [[Latias]] and a girl named Bianca, along with a [[Latios]], show up. After some questioning, you explain that the Latias was being followed and Bianca asks you to speak with her grandfather at the museum. Make your way towards the museum and speak with Lorenzo, then return to '''Alto Mare Secret Garden'''. You find out that Bianca and Latias were attacked and Latios was kidnapped, along with the Soul Dew. Return to the museum and confront the thieves.

You are now tasked with finding Latias in the city. However, the thieves reanimated the fossils inside the museum and they will try to impede your mission. Search the city in various objects to find Latias, but do not get seen by the [[Kabutops]] or you will be sent back to the museum to restart the search. However, speaking with the [[Kabuto]] can show where Latias is hiding. If, after speaking to one of the [[Kabuto]], a reaction pops up from an object, then Latias will be hiding in that object.
If the [[Kabuto]] don't help, Latias can be found in any of the following objects:
*Orange and black barrels
*Large trees
*Sandcastles

After finding Latias, return to the museum and confront Riot and Merilyn again.

Upon defeating them, the Soul Dew breaks and catastrophe looms over Alto Mare. You're informed that the tide recedes and will come back as a tsunami, engulfing the entire city. To prevent this, Latias and Latios head to the beach to stop the disaster with their powers. However, the reanimated fossil Pokémon will try to interrupt Latios. Bianca asks you to defeat the ringleader of the fossil Pokémon―[[Aerodactyl]]. Immediately after speaking with Bianca, make your way to the center of the map and battle the [[Aerodactyl]]. You must be fast or the [[Kabutops]] will reach Latios and you will fail. Considering this, it is advised to use a fast Pokémon with [[Destiny Bond]] to defeat the [[Aerodactyl]] as quickly as possible.

Now that the crisis has been averted, return to the secret garden where you'll learn that Latios turned itself into a new Soul Dew to stop the tsunami. Though saddened, Bianca will thank you for helping them save Alto Mare. As a reward, you will be given a [[Nature Reroll Ticket]] and Latias will become a form changer for [[Latios]] and [[Latias]].

The Keldeo quest is the quest done in order to catch the [[Legendary Pokémon|Mythical Pokémon]] Keldeo. This quest was first introduced during the 2020 Christmas event.

To reach the island, you must speak with the NPC named Aero Airlines in [[Resort Area]]; you will be charged {{Pdollar}}5,000, unless you have a [[Transit Pass]] active. When you first arrive at the village, the first building you see will be the PokéCenter.

To begin the quest, head north of the PokéCenter and speak with Paya. After that, head to the village shrine, and speak with Maz Koshia(select the third option). He will explain the situation and ask that you help the village. After accepting his request, head southeast to the [[Wastelands]].

===[[Wastelands]]===
In the [[Wastelands]], the first thing you must do is follow the path until you find [[Keldeo]]. After interacting with [[Keldeo]], you must battle 7 level 100 Pokémon. They can be fought in any order.

After defeating all 7 Pokémon, make your way to the southeastern part of [[Wastelands]], and speak with the [[Noctowl]]. [[Noctowl]] will tell you that Advisor Kohga isn't as trustworthy as he seems, and thus, you must collect the 3 gems before he does. There is no particular order to do these in.

===Mountain Area===
To the east of [[Wastelands]] is the [[Mountain Area Dungeon]]. When you enter, you will see a [[Graveler]]—Darunia's Son. He will plea to you to save its people that are trapped inside the mountain by the monster—Volvagia. In order to open up the mountain, three pads must be stepped on at the same time. Each pad will require a specific weight range or it will not work. These ranges are 100-199kg, 200-299kg, and 399kg and above.
Keep in mind that there are several strong trainers scattered throughout the mountain.

Once all the pads have been pressed, head to the southern mountain and climb it. At the top, [[Graveler]] will be awaiting you. It will give you a set of Arcanine Clothes that you must put on to enter the cave, else the [[Graveler]] inside the cave will be frightened. Put on the clothes and enter the cave.

Now that you are inside [[Mountain Area Maze]], walk to the west, and you will find [[Graveler]]. This part requires you to go through the maze and find some [[Graveler]]. Afterwards, you must find Darunia's Son on the south west side of the maze and speak to him. If you have found sufficient [[Graveler]], you will be allowed to pass. Once you pass, you will fight Volvagia.

Now that Volvagia has been defeated, walk north, and speak with Darunia's Son. He will thank you for saving his people and will award you the Mountain Gem.

===Snow Area===
The next gem—for the purposes of this guide—will be in [[Burring Strait]]. To begin, speak with the sailor in the southern lake in [[Wastelands]]. To reach the area with the Gem, you will need a special suit; the sailor will give it to you on the condition that you save the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] Pokémon. These Pokémon are: [[Beartic]], [[Bergmite]], [[Cubchoo]], [[Glalie]], [[Snover]], and [[Vanillite]].

After saving all the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] type Pokémon, return to the sailor, and he will give you the Greninja Clothes. Now that you have the needed suit to protect you, go north until you find a sparkling pool of water; surf to it and enter [[Burring Strait Underwater]]. Make sure you are wearing the Greninja clothes and hat.

At [[Burring Strait Underwater]], you will need to awaken Lord Wally Wally. To do this, you must interact with the black rocks. This will cause [[Wishiwashi]] to appear and swim to the center of the map. Find all 8 [[Wishiwashi]] and Lord Wally Wally will be woken up by the [[Wishiwashi]]. When awakened, Lord Wally Wally will swallow you and you will appear inside [[Wailords Mouth]]. Moving forward, [[Wishiwashi-School]] will confront you, and battle you. After defeating [[Wishiwashi-School]], walk north into the cave and there will be a single [[Leftovers]]; next to the Pokéball, there is a rock containing the Gem required.

===Forest Area===
The final Gem will be in [[Forest Area Dungeon]]. You can reach the forest area from the northern exit in [[Wastelands]]. You will not be permitted to enter the forest without the Breloom set. The Breloom set is given by Old Sarah in [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]] after her requests have been fulfilled. Speak to her and she will ask for your assistance in healing her [[Shroomish]]. Make your way through the building and find [[Noctowl]] again. At the very end of the castle, Advisor Kohga and the Lord will be waiting on the throne. After some dialogue, [[Noctowl]] will reveal himself to be none other than Nikola—the legendary hero. You will now battle with Advisor Kohga.

To begin the quest, head north of the PokéCenter and speak with Paya. After that, head to the village shrine, and speak with Maz Koshia(select the third option). He will explain the situation and ask that you help the village. After accepting his request, head southeast to the [[Wastelands]].

===[[Wastelands]]===
In the [[Wastelands]], the first thing you must do is follow the path until you find [[Keldeo]]. After interacting with [[Keldeo]], you must battle 7 level 100 Pokémon. They can be fought in any order.

After defeating all 7 Pokémon, make your way to the southeastern part of [[Wastelands]], and speak with the [[Noctowl]]. [[Noctowl]] will tell you that Advisor Kohga isn't as trustworthy as he seems, and thus, you must collect the 3 gems before he does. There is no particular order to do these in.

===Mountain Area===
To the east of [[Wastelands]] is the [[Mountain Area Dungeon]]. When you enter, you will see a [[Graveler]]—Darunia's Son. He will plea to you to save its people that are trapped inside the mountain by the monster—Volvagia. In order to open up the mountain, three pads must be stepped on at the same time. Each pad will require a specific weight range or it will not work. These ranges are 100-199kg, 200-299kg, and 399kg and above.
Keep in mind that there are several strong trainers scattered throughout the mountain.

Once all the pads have been pressed, head to the southern mountain and climb it. At the top, [[Graveler]] will be awaiting you. It will give you a set of Arcanine Clothes that you must put on to enter the cave, else the [[Graveler]] inside the cave will be frightened. Put on the clothes and enter the cave.

Now that you are inside [[Mountain Area Maze]], walk to the west, and you will find [[Graveler]]. This part requires you to go through the maze and find some [[Graveler]]. Afterwards, you must find Darunia's Son on the south west side of the maze and speak to him. If you have found sufficient [[Graveler]], you will be allowed to pass. Once you pass, you will fight Volvagia.

Now that Volvagia has been defeated, walk north, and speak with Darunia's Son. He will thank you for saving his people and will award you the Mountain Gem.

===Snow Area===
The next gem—for the purposes of this guide—will be in [[Burring Strait]]. To begin, speak with the sailor in the southern lake in [[Wastelands]]. To reach the area with the Gem, you will need a special suit; the sailor will give it to you on the condition that you save the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] Pokémon. These Pokémon are: [[Beartic]], [[Bergmite]], [[Cubchoo]], [[Glalie]], [[Snover]], and [[Vanillite]].

After saving all the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] type Pokémon, return to the sailor, and he will give you the Greninja Clothes. Now that you have the needed suit to protect you, go north until you find a sparkling pool of water; surf to it and enter [[Burring Strait Underwater]]. Make sure you are wearing the Greninja clothes and hat.

At [[Burring Strait Underwater]], you will need to awaken Lord Wally Wally. To do this, you must interact with the black rocks. This will cause [[Wishiwashi]] to appear and swim to the center of the map. Find all 8 [[Wishiwashi]] and Lord Wally Wally will be woken up by the [[Wishiwashi]]. When awakened, Lord Wally Wally will swallow you and you will appear inside [[Wailords Mouth]]. Moving forward, [[Wishiwashi-School]] will confront you, and battle you. After defeating [[Wishiwashi-School]], walk north into the cave and there will be a single [[Leftovers]]; next to the Pokéball, there is a rock containing the Gem required.

===Forest Area===
The final Gem will be in [[Forest Area Dungeon]]. You can reach the forest area from the northern exit in [[Wastelands]]. You will not be permitted to enter the forest without the Breloom set. The Breloom set is given by Old Sarah in [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]] after her requests have been fulfilled. Speak to her and she will ask for your assistance in healing her [[Shroomish]]. First, you will need to give her 15 [[Leaf Stone]]s. Then, 10 [[Revival Herb]]. ==Bug Catching Contest (Daily)==
The Bug Catching Contest is a activity in which the player can take part once every day by talking to the Contest Judge inside the south Stop House of [[National Park]]. You may bring in any Pokémon you like to assist in catching bug pokemon. [[Parasect]], [[Breloom]] and [[Smeargle]] are recommended due to their access to both [[False Swipe]] and [[Spore]]. You may also want to bring in a Pokémon with the [[Synchronize (ability)|Synchronize]] ability.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of {{Pdollar}}2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. He can either release a Pokémon in the player's party or withdraw one of his or her catches that was sent to the boxes due to a full party. Of course, releasing the Catcher Pokémon is not possible.
*Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 [[Great Ball|Great Balls]] for the price of {{Pdollar}}20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.
*The police officers at the very south will allow the player to finish the contest early, should he or she feel satisfied with one of his or her caught Pokémon. It is also possible to disqualify, which means no reward will be given.

Once the Bug Catching Contest is over, it will be necessary to speak to the Contest Judge and submit the desired Bug Pokémon. It will then be necessary to speak to every other contestant and hear what Pokémon they caught, in order to continue. The Contest Judge will announce the winner and hand over the prizes, concluding the Bug Catching Contest.

==Score System (Daily)==
Each Pokémon caught in the Bug Catching Contest is given a score. The better the Pokémon, the higher the score. To hope for a win, it is expected to aim for at least 200 points. The score is decided by four different factors:
*Level. Each level of the Pokémon is worth a point, and caps at level 25 for 25 points.
*IVs. Each IV point of the Pokémon is worth a point.
*Rarity. In the Bug Catching contest, each catchable Pokémon is given a Rarity Tier between 1 and 4:
**Tier 1 Pokémon are worth 50 points.
**Tier 2 Pokémon are worth 75 points.
**Tier 3 Pokémon are worth 100 points.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of {{Pdollar}}2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. He can either release a Pokémon in the player's party or withdraw one of his or her catches that was sent to the boxes due to a full party. Of course, releasing the Catcher Pokémon is not possible.
*Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 [[Great Ball|Great Balls]] for the price of {{Pdollar}}20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.
*The police officers at the very south will allow the player to finish the contest early, should he or she feel satisfied with one of his or her caught Pokémon. It is also possible to disqualify, which means no reward will be given.

Once the Bug Catching Contest is over, it will be necessary to speak to the Contest Judge and submit the desired Bug Pokémon. It will then be necessary to speak to every other contestant and hear what Pokémon they caught, in order to continue. The Contest Judge will announce the winner and hand over the prizes, concluding the Bug Catching Contest.

==Score System (Daily)==
Each Pokémon caught in the Bug Catching Contest is given a score. The better the Pokémon, the higher the score. To hope for a win, it is expected to aim for at least 200 points. The score is decided by four different factors:
*Level. Each level of the Pokémon is worth a point, and caps at level 25 for 25 points.
*IVs. Each IV point of the Pokémon is worth a point.
*Rarity. In the Bug Catching contest, each catchable Pokémon is given a Rarity Tier between 1 and 4:
**Tier 1 Pokémon are worth 50 points.
**Tier 2 Pokémon are worth 75 points.
**Tier 3 Pokémon are worth 100 points.
**Tier 4 Pokémon are worth 130 points.
*Shiny. If the caught Pokémon is a Shiny Pokémon, the total score is multiplied by 1.5

The total score can then be summarized by the following formula:

In the Bug Catching Contest, there are many rewards that can be obtained. The player can receive the following:

===[[Wastelands]]===
In the [[Wastelands]], the first thing you must do is follow the path until you find [[Keldeo]]. After interacting with [[Keldeo]], you must battle 7 level 100 Pokémon. They can be fought in any order.

To the east of [[Wastelands]] is the [[Mountain Area Dungeon]]. When you enter, you will see a [[Graveler]]—Darunia's Son. He will plea to you to save its people that are trapped inside the mountain by the monster—Volvagia. In order to open up the mountain, three pads must be stepped on at the same time. Each pad will require a specific weight range or it will not work. These ranges are 100-199kg, 200-299kg, and 399kg and above.
Keep in mind that there are several strong trainers scattered throughout the mountain.

Once all the pads have been pressed, head to the southern mountain and climb it. At the top, [[Graveler]] will be awaiting you. It will give you a set of Arcanine Clothes that you must put on to enter the cave, else the [[Graveler]] inside the cave will be frightened. Put on the clothes and enter the cave.

Now that you are inside [[Mountain Area Maze]], walk to the west, and you will find [[Graveler]]. This part requires you to go through the maze and find some [[Graveler]]. Afterwards, you must find Darunia's Son on the south west side of the maze and speak to him. If you have found sufficient [[Graveler]], you will be allowed to pass. Once you pass, you will fight Volvagia.

Now that Volvagia has been defeated, walk north, and speak with Darunia's Son. He will thank you for saving his people and will award you the Mountain Gem.

===Snow Area===
The next gem—for the purposes of this guide—will be in [[Burring Strait]]. To begin, speak with the sailor in the southern lake in [[Wastelands]]. To reach the area with the Gem, you will need a special suit; the sailor will give it to you on the condition that you save the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] Pokémon. These Pokémon are: [[Beartic]], [[Bergmite]], [[Cubchoo]], [[Glalie]], [[Snover]], and [[Vanillite]].

After saving all the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] type Pokémon, return to the sailor, and he will give you the Greninja Clothes. Now that you have the needed suit to protect you, go north until you find a sparkling pool of water; surf to it and enter [[Burring Strait Underwater]]. Make sure you are wearing the Greninja clothes and hat.

At [[Burring Strait Underwater]], you will need to awaken Lord Wally Wally. To do this, you must interact with the black rocks. This will cause [[Wishiwashi]] to appear and swim to the center of the map. Find all 8 [[Wishiwashi]] and Lord Wally Wally will be woken up by the [[Wishiwashi]]. When awakened, Lord Wally Wally will swallow you and you will appear inside [[Wailords Mouth]]. Moving forward, [[Wishiwashi-School]] will confront you, and battle you. After defeating [[Wishiwashi-School]], walk north into the cave and there will be a single [[Leftovers]]; next to the Pokéball, there is a rock containing the Gem required.

===Forest Area===
The final Gem will be in [[Forest Area Dungeon]]. You can reach the forest area from the northern exit in [[Wastelands]]. You will not be permitted to enter the forest without the Breloom set. The Breloom set is given by Old Sarah in [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]] after her requests have been fulfilled. Speak to her and she will ask for your assistance in healing her [[Shroomish]]. First, you will need to give her 15 [[Leaf Stone]]s. Then, 10 [[Revival Herb]]. Finally, Old Sarah will ask for 3 unique items only found within [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]]: Cotton, Green Moss, and Green Pigment.

Once all the items have been given to Old Sarah, her [[Shroomish]] will be healed. Following some dialogue, she will give you the Breloom set, and you can now enter the forest.

As soon as you enter the forest, there is a stone tablet visible. Interacting with it will give you a riddle. There are several object that can hold the levers, of which you will need to find 3.
These include:
*Tombstone
*Tree stump with an axe
*Dead tree
*Cherry bush
*Skull
*Tree stump with mushrooms
*Pile of leaves
*Pumpkin
*Sign

When you find the 3 levers, you will be teleported to [[Forest Dungeon Boss Room]]. There, the Forest Master will congratulate you on solving their riddle, and then battle you.

===Returning to [[Matsuki Village]]===
With all 3 Gems, return to [[Matsuki Village]], and speak with the two guards on the northwest part of the village. Upon noticing the three gems, they will let you through. At the entrance of [[Matsuki Castle]], [[Noctowl]] will be waiting; speak to it. Going inside, you will notice a load of guards walking around. They will all battle you if they notice you. Make your way through the building and find [[Noctowl]] again. At the very end of the castle, Advisor Kohga and the Lord will be waiting on the throne. After some dialogue, [[Noctowl]] will reveal himself to be none other than Nikola—the legendary hero. You will now battle with Advisor Kohga.

Now that Volvagia has been defeated, walk north, and speak with Darunia's Son. He will thank you for saving his people and will award you the Mountain Gem.

===Snow Area===
The next gem—for the purposes of this guide—will be in [[Burring Strait]]. To begin, speak with the sailor in the southern lake in [[Wastelands]]. To reach the area with the Gem, you will need a special suit; the sailor will give it to you on the condition that you save the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] Pokémon. These Pokémon are: [[Beartic]], [[Bergmite]], [[Cubchoo]], [[Glalie]], [[Snover]], and [[Vanillite]].

After saving all the [[Ice (type)|Ice]] type Pokémon, return to the sailor, and he will give you the Greninja Clothes. Now that you have the needed suit to protect you, go north until you find a sparkling pool of water; surf to it and enter [[Burring Strait Underwater]]. Make sure you are wearing the Greninja clothes and hat.

At [[Burring Strait Underwater]], you will need to awaken Lord Wally Wally. To do this, you must interact with the black rocks. This will cause [[Wishiwashi]] to appear and swim to the center of the map. Find all 8 [[Wishiwashi]] and Lord Wally Wally will be woken up by the [[Wishiwashi]]. When awakened, Lord Wally Wally will swallow you and you will appear inside [[Wailords Mouth]]. Moving forward, [[Wishiwashi-School]] will confront you, and battle you. After defeating [[Wishiwashi-School]], walk north into the cave and there will be a single [[Leftovers]]; next to the Pokéball, there is a rock containing the Gem required.

===Forest Area===
The final Gem will be in [[Forest Area Dungeon]]. You can reach the forest area from the northern exit in [[Wastelands]]. You will not be permitted to enter the forest without the Breloom set. The Breloom set is given by Old Sarah in [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]] after her requests have been fulfilled. Speak to her and she will ask for your assistance in healing her [[Shroomish]]. First, you will need to give her 15 [[Leaf Stone]]s. Then, 10 [[Revival Herb]]. Finally, Old Sarah will ask for 3 unique items only found within [[Forest Dungeon Entrance]]: Cotton, Green Moss, and Green Pigment.

Once all the items have been given to Old Sarah, her [[Shroomish]] will be healed. Following some dialogue, she will give you the Breloom set, and you can now enter the forest.

As soon as you enter the forest, there is a stone tablet visible. Interacting with it will give you a riddle. There are several object that can hold the levers, of which you will need to find 3.
These include:
*Tombstone
*Tree stump with an axe
*Dead tree
*Cherry bush
*Skull
*Tree stump with mushrooms
*Pile of leaves
*Pumpkin
*Sign

When you find the 3 levers, you will be teleported to [[Forest Dungeon Boss Room]]. There, the Forest Master will congratulate you on solving their riddle, and then battle you.

The Forest Master will give you the Forest Gem after defeating them.

===Returning to [[Matsuki Village]]===
With all 3 Gems, return to [[Matsuki Village]], and speak with the two guards on the northwest part of the village. Upon noticing the three gems, they will let you through. At the entrance of [[Matsuki Castle]], [[Noctowl]] will be waiting; speak to it. Going inside, you will notice a load of guards walking around. They will all battle you if they notice you. Make your way through the building and find [[Noctowl]] again. At the very end of the castle, Advisor Kohga and the Lord will be waiting on the throne. After some dialogue, [[Noctowl]] will reveal himself to be none other than Nikola—the legendary hero. You will now battle with Advisor Kohga.

During the battle, the Lord has taken the Gems and you all will be teleported to [[Matsuki Courtyard]]. ==Catching [[Keldeo]]==

In case of ending the battle without a catch, a disconnect or deleting the legend after it was caught, it will re-spawn on the same location, with the same IV's, ability and nature waiting to be caught.
