Seppott: Made it easier to find the time-cycle times

Pokétime is the time-measurement continuum used in Pokémon Revolution Online.

__TOC__

Current Pokétime
Pokétime is identical for both servers, Gold and Silver.

PoketimeClock

Time-passage rate
Pokétime elapses at a five-times-faster rate than real-world time. While most Pokéminutes will elapse after 10 real-world seconds, there is also a 20-second interval every minute; as such, five Pokéminutes total elapse after a real-world minute, five Pokéhours elapse after one real-world hour, and one Pokéday elapses after five real-world hours. The super-enhanced rate of Pokétime lends players ample time to play through the multiphasic Pokédays, thereby affording them realistic chances to access time-exclusive features, such as Pokémon spawns at various phases of the day, contingent on their spare time throughout the day.

Please note that there isn't any interweaving correlation between the local time and Pokétime; the former is simply synchronized with the player's operative device of the game client, whereas the latter is initialized by the server PC's clock and thus is globalized for all players.

Thresholds
Pokétime encompasses more than just a visual effect; it's also used as an access- and feature-restrictor for gameplay functions, as delineated below.
Phases of the Day
For Pokémon-spawning mechanics, Pokédays are apportioned with conventional tri-phasic cycle;
*Morning-time spans from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM
*Daytime spans from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
*Night-time is in effect in the intervening time from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Pokémon-spawn control is the only known Pokétime-time restrictor that concordantly overlaps with all the visual effects of each phase.

Evolutionary mechanics
As it pertains to evolutionary mechanics for PRO as of 11.06.2019 the Evolution's which require specific times, now corresponds to the correct Poke hours: Day (10:00 - 19:59) and Night (20:00 - 03:59). For example, Eevee will evolve into Espeon if levelled up with maximal Happiness between 10:00 and 19:59 PM, whereas it'll evolve into Umbreon between 20:00 and 03:59 continent of the same conditions.

Content features
Goldenrod Underground Path
In Goldenrod Underground Path, Chris and Brad have limited, varying hours of operation; Chris is open during conventional business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, whereas Brad supplants his stead from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Shoal Cave
The following temporal thresholds exist for each partition of Shoal Cave:
*09:00-15:00 - High Tide Entrance Room
*15:00-21:00 - Low Tide Entrance Room
*21:00-03:00 - High Tide Entrance Room
*03:00-09:00 - Low Tide Entrance Room

Repel Trick
Repels are not only useful in keeping Pokemon from appearing, but also in hunting. A special technique
of hunting using Repels (or Super or Max Repels) is known as Repel Trick.

For example, if we want to use the Repel Trick for Gible on the Moon, we must use a Repel and the Pokemon's level in the first slot of our party must be in the range of 24-33. This will avoid the other Pokemon in the area and till the Repel's effect wears off, the only Pokemon we might encounter will be Gible. To check details about a certain Pokemon's Repel Trick, use the command ^repel <Pokemon>
in #bot-commands channel of the official Discord Chat of PRO and the Reborn bot will display information regarding it.
Take note that not every repel will guarantee a battle, therefore you have to be patient.

Synchronize
If a Pokémon with the Synchronize ability encounters a wild Pokémon, there is a 50% chance that the game will force it to have the same Nature as the Pokémon with this Ability. Since this will enable us
to increase or chances of catching a Pokemon with our desired nature, this technique is commonly used when Repel Trick-ing.

False Swipe
False Swipe is a restrained attack that prevents the target from fainting. The target is left with at least 1 HP. Even if this attack is used repeatedly when the Pokemon is at 1 HP, the Pokemon will not be killed. False Swipe Pokemon with the moves Spore/Sleep Powder, and Thunder Wave/Stun Spore increase our chances of catching since status plays a major role in catching Pokemon.

If your desired Pokemon is a Ghost-Type, then you may get a Smeargle or a Golduck with the move Soak.
This will turn the Pokemon into a Water type and will allow you to use False Swipe on the Ghost-type afterwards.

Locations
• Veilstone Department Store - $4,000<br>

The Team
The team can be set up in two methods.

*Method: Synchronize Pokemon at Required Level
Fort this method, your Synchronize Pokemon has to be at the required level and place it at your first slot. It must be alive
As is the stipulator with accessing all cycling roads, it is impermissible to enter it if you do not have a Bicycle on-hand. Additionally,
a Soul Badge will be needed to pass the gatehouses, thereby necessitating that you take the more roundabout chain of routes to Fuchsia City when accessing the area for the firsts time.

Pokémon Mounts are discluded from Bicycles, as the gatehouses are only passable if you have a Bicycle (any one from the available colorway); however, you are allowed to ride Pokémon Mounts within the encompassing routes after the initial entry thereto.

The contiguously north and south routes meanderingly lead to Celadon City and Fuchsia City, respectively; as such, this is the shortest pedestrial pathway between the two cities.

Technical Machines and Hidden Machines, respectively abbreviated as TMs and HMs, are disk-resemblant devices that encapsulate move techniques that can be taught to compatible Pokémon. These provide avenues for learning moves that might not otherwise be learnable via the Pokémon's level-up/instinctual pool, Move Tutors, or Egg Moves.

For the out-of-battle navigational functionality of HM-learned moves, the HM item must be possessed in your inventory in addition to a Pokémon that totes the move or, particularly for the Surf technique, a surfable Mount.
Differences
The two devices can be dichotomized mainly by their reusability; TMs are single-use items that will be expended when used, whereas HMs are infinitely reusable. Fittingly enough, HMs mostly encapsulate navigational moves that are used outside-of-battle; this is mainly why they are reusable, as a player may end up stranded in an area if they were to replace one of their HM-learned moves and be incapacitated from traversing their way out of the environment.

Contrary to the handheld games, HM-learned moves can be overwritten, here.
Move_tutors#TM-tutors

TM-tutors are a subscope of move-tutors wherein TM techniques can be taught to technique-compatible tutees by move-tutors; this is a makeshift impartation for TM devices that are not programmed in—and thus not distributable—at this time. This avenue is employed to augment the pool of available TMs.

TM-tutors are expected to be defunctionalized once their respective techniques are programmed into distributable TM devices.
