Discord is the chatting-software medium used to host the official out-of-game chat in Pokémon Revolution Online's network of services. It supplanted the IRC chat for the mantle of PRO's official external chat on April 23, 2017.

By concomitance of its officiality, it is the most populous out-of-game chat available for PRO at this time, allowing you to communicate with staff members and fellow community members on a real-time basis.

Officiality
As the most prominently interlinked out-of-game chatting hub used by PRO, it is accepted as PRO's official out-of-game chat; as such, it is used as the go-to player-support real-time chat outside of the game, as well as a popular hub for conversing with the rest of the community.

Its rules are codified similarly and thus the same guidelines and rulings should be expected here as you would expect from any other medium in PRO's network of services. The chat-specific rules will be delineated below, but do take as a rule of thumb that the rules model themselves after the same regulatory goals pursued by PRO's network of services; that means that you should not do any action that would be rule-breaking as it pertains to the game in this chat (scamming, for example).

As its an official part of PRO's network of services, do bear in mind that extremities of abuse herein could warrant actionable punishment for your in-game account if deemed necessary.

Joining the server
To join most seamlessly, you can click on the Discord widget below.
}}</td></tr>
</table>

As a bimodal software, it is usable both via the website or its downloadable application-based software. If you have not already registered a Discord account, it is advisable to do so, beforehand, for identificatory privileges and global retention of all your servers and configurations; however, doing so, while beneficial, is not categorically required to join PRO's official server.

Thereupon joining, it is advisable to read the ruleset (#server-rules, which is your initialized tab) before chatting.

Additionally, you are enjoined to classify yourself based on the server; this will colorize your name in accordance to the designated server, accentuating what in-game server you primarily play on. To assign yourself to a server, use the ?rank <u>server-name</u> Server command.

Do note that until you reach the level-7 threshold, accruable through the mee6 bot, certain privileges, such as hotlinking images, will be inaccessible. Experience points are granted by mee6 through posting messages, and your level-ups will be announced.

Channels and usage
To fully comport yourself with the ruleset, it is adjured to be conscious of using the compartmentally appropriate channels; doing so entails knowing all the available channels and their compartmentalistic purposes, which is mostly self-explanatory when viewing the available channels in addition to the pinned messages and topic-headers thereof but is also explained below.

There are currently 15 public textual channels and five voice-chat channels total, which are sectionalized as follows: Rules and Information, Events and Tournaments, Player zone , Trade, and Voice Chats.

Rules and Information
This subsumes all channels used to envelop information users are strongly advised to read, which contains #announcements, #server-rules, #pro-useful-links, #frequently-asked-questions, and #guilds.

These channels can only be posted in by staff members and the Discord Staff; as its namesake suggests, it exists strictly for readable information, and only information-posting is conveyed in there for the sake of chat-log mutability.

Events and Tournaments
This subsection, consists of only one active channel, contemporaneously- #Player-Hosted-Events; which is used as a medium to advertise unofficial tournaments and events hosted by players. Advertisement of one's event or tournament in the said channel can be done by contacting a Discord Moderator or Discord Leader.
This channel is non-usable by non-staff members. ('Non-staff members' excludes the Discord staff)

Player Zone
All conversational activity is conducted in Player Zone's nodal section of channels, containing the server's central channel in #general.

While most chatting is done in #general, other channels exist to focalize more specific chat usages: #support, which is optimal to post in for eliciting support from staff and players, in addition to general informational needs; #pvp-showdown, for match-making PvP battles and for general advice and discussions within its purview; #bot-commands, which is where all commands (read the parental section below) should be performed; and #video-streams, where video streams and channels—typically gaming-oriented ones—can be acceptably advertised.

A showcase subsection also exists, subsuming #art-showcase, for showcasing artwork, and #map-showcase, for showcasing any customely architected maps.

Trade
All advertisements pertinent to trading and other commercial activity is restricted to these channels. It is compartmentalized into two server-respective channels, total.
An additional channelization #daycare_shops, can be viewed in the "Trades" subsection. It servers the purpose of advertising daycare shops of players. This channel is also locked; only the staff members can post here. Requesting the Discord moderators, Discord leaders, to make an advertisement about one's shop should be done if players desire to advertise their daycare shops in said channel.

All rules within the purview of trading are to be conducted, here, when brokering for trades.

Voice Chats
In addition to textually chatting, voice-chatting is also conductible; all channels for it are subsumed under this section. They will be accessibilized as soon as you attain level 7 on the Mee6 Discord not.

There are five voice-chat channels—including a staff-accessible one—and a textual channel entitled #voice-chat. All textual messages posted pertaining to the voice-chat topics and conversations should be posted in the #voice-chat channel, not #general.

Bots and commands
With an assortment of bots plugged into the server, various commands have been enabled for both the staff and server members to use to perform moderatorial, managerial, and informatory functions.

The syntactic prefixes and command scopes will vary depending on the bot, which are sectionally explained below.

All commands are to be strictly performed within the #bot-commands channel.
Dyno
FredBoat♪♪
FredBoat is tailored strictly towards the #voice-chat channel, broadcasting songs within earshot of its voice-chat participants.
{{DiscordCommands|Commands=

Discord's staff team fields all the administrative and moderatorial personnel of the chat, as they manage and arbitrate the chat.

All in-game staff inherit managerial and moderatorial privileges for the chat, and a specialized staff team fields non-staff members who serve as moderators for the chat.
Discord Staff

</table>

Dyno
{{DiscordCommands|Commands=

Here you will find everything you need to know about the world quest

Description
The World Quest is a server-wide event that gives the whole server a task that has to be completed within 24 hours from the time it was started. There is a 1/200 hourly chance that the event gets triggered, meaning that there should theoretically be one event each week. Once a World Quest is triggered, one player has to talk to the Mysterious Cultist located in any of the four port cities, being Vermilion City, Olivine City, Lilycove City or Canalave City. Furthermore, activating the World Quest on Silver Server will not necessarily make it active on Gold Server. Keep in mind that this event can also be started manually, giving us more options of getting a Mysterious Ticket.

Objective of the World Quest
The Mysterious Cultist will take one Pokemon out of a list with Tier 8 and Tier 9 Pokemon to hunt for every time the World Quest gets triggered. Each server has to hunt the Pokemon that is announced in a System Message and submit, together as a whole server, a total of 80.000 to 90.000 IVs every time the World Quest is active. Submitting a Pokemon to the Mysterious Cultist will count towards the total requirement and subtract it from the total amount.

On a side-note, every Pokemon that gets submitted gets deleted permanently, you will not be able to get it back after submitting it. Therefore, think twice before giving the Mysterious Cultist your godly Pokemon.

In order to get a Mysterious Ticket, you have to submit 0.5% of the total amount of IVs that is required. As an example, if the server needs to hunt Solosis with 85653 IVs total, you need to submit at least 429 IVs to get a ticket. You also have the chance to get a second ticket in every event, which you will get by submitting 6% of the total amount of IVs that is required. With the same example of total IVs, you would need to hand in at least 5140 IVs.

You do not have to count the IVs yourself. Simply talk to Mysterious Cultist in Vermillion city, Olivine City, Lilycove city, Canlave he will tell you how much Iv's you have contributed to the WQ.

If the whole server manages to submit the total amount of IVs that were asked for and you submitted at least 0.5% of that amount, you will receive a Mysterious Ticket upon interacting with the Mysterious Cultist once the World Quest is finished but if the whole server doesn't meet the required Iv's the cultist asked nobody will get the ticket.

You can more info about the Mysterious Ticket here.

Important NOTE

World Quests lasts for 24 hours from the point it was started

Caught Pokemon that you want to submit to the Mysterious Cultist have to be OT (Original Trainer)

You get a ticket for 0.5% of the total IVs, and two tickets for 6% of the total IVs

If the quest is not completed, nobody will receive a Mysterious Ticket

Pokemon that you submit to the Mysterious Cultist are forever lost

You can only get every Legendary Pokemon once

You can not submit an evolved form of the requested Pokemon

The Mysterious Ticket is a ticket that allows you to access Birth Island by talking to the Mysterious Captain at the Vermilion City Harbor. You have the chance to encounter all of the Legendary Counterparts that you were not able to capture previously. Keep in mind that you have to capture at least one of the following Legendaries in order to be able to catch its counterparts on Birth Island:

Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie | Entei, Raikou, Suicune | Latias, Latios | Regice, Regirock, Registeel

In order to balance out this awesome opportunity, you have about the same chance to encounter a Legendary as a Pseudo-Legendary, which will have its Hidden Ability. You can encounter one of the following Pseudo-Legendaries:

Dragonite, Garchomp, Goodra, Hydreigon, Lucario, Metagross, Rotom, Salamence, Tyranitar, Volcarona, Zoroark
These available Pokemon cannot be shiny on Birth Island!

Once you enter the Birth Island, your Mysterious Ticket will be removed from the inventory and one of the Pokemon above will spawn. Until you capture the Pokemon that was spawned, run away from it or faint against it will remain on the same spot. Therefore, you can leave the island in order to get Synchronize Pokemon from the Pokemon Center or to buy Master Balls.

Naruto Fanboy is homologous to Suhuzen, being the characteral successor that supplanted him on October 13, 2019.

Boss rework 2019
Naruto Fanboy was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 13th October 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPC's in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case the player can simply re-fight the boss.

The boss rework implies a challenge for players on any experience level who do enjoy doing bosses because of the three difficulty level every not story related boss has, which ensures that bosses are challengable for newer players and also be a chellange for those who have a high Pokémon knowledge. Boss teams are decisively reworked and only contain level 100 Pokémon. EVs and hold items do vary among other things - also depending on the difficulty level.

* Easy: bosses have no EVs and no hold items; as well as a weakened moveset. Consecutive win rewards are also not available.
* Medium: bosses have 252 EVs in each stat and hold items.
* Hard: bosses have 400 EVs in each stat and hold items. Furthermore, the player is not allowed to use in-battle items such as Revives.

Challenging Naruto Fanboy
Naruto Fanboy is Located in the Desert Ruins which is a cave south of Route 111 Desert. Contingent that you have completed the Hoenn League,Naruto Fanboy will be challengable upon interaction. He will be rechallengable after a 12-day-cooldown time has elapsed irrespective of the outcome. In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Naruto Fanboy will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.

Rewards
The standard subsets of rewards will be randomized and rewarded each time; however, upon defeating him three-consecutive times, you will get a extra reward on the difficulty level Medium and Hard while Hard gives slightly better rewards.

There is no shiny counterpart of Pokémon rewarded from the randomized prizeset; only the selectable prizes have one, which is 1/4,096 in fractional notation (0.0244%, in percental notation).

All rewarded Pokémon will be initialized at level 20.

Reworked bosses such as Naruto Fanboy have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. There are three difficulty level: Easy, Medium and Hard.
For extra rewards, the Medium and Hard level have a three-time win streak.

Tier 1: A random amount of common items which depends on the boss, like Focus Sashes, Weakness Policies, Air Balloons,Lum Berries or Sitrus Berries.

Tier 2: A random amount of more valuable items, mixed with some high valuable rewards depending on the boss, like PP Up's, Rare Candies, Small Train Ticket or Corphish.

Tier 3: Rare Pokémon depending on the boss, like Gible, Dratini, Bunnelby or Scyther.

Easy: 85% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 5% for tier 3 rewards, 5-10k money reward.

Medium: 80% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 10% for tier 3 rewards, 12-30k money reward, +2 PvE Coins.

Hard: 60% chance for tier 1, 25% for tier 2 and 15% for tier 3 rewards, 20-40k money reward, +4 PvE Coins.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
