Coming at ya'!
Officer Shamac is the eponymous boss NPC of the Community Coordinator of that namesake.

Officer Shamac is homologous to Officer Wargreymon, being the characteral successor that supplanted him on May 18, 2017.

<br clear="all">
Boss rework 2019
Officer Shamac was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 11th January 2019. The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPC's in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case the player can simply re-fight the boss.

The boss rework implies a challenge for players on any experience level who do enjoy doing bosses because of the three difficulty level every not story related boss has, which ensures that bosses are challengable for newer players and also be a chellange for those who have a high Pokémon knowledge. Boss teams are decisively reworked and only contain level 100 Pokémon. EVs and hold items do vary among other things - also depending on the difficulty level.

* Easy: bosses have no EVs and no hold items; as well as a weakened moveset. Consecutive win rewards are also not available.
* Medium: bosses have 252 EVs in each stat and hold items.
* Hard: bosses have 400 EVs in each stat and hold items. Furthermore, the player is not allowed to use in-battle items such as Revives.

Challenging Officer Shamac
Coalescing with the rest of the spoofy staff members (both former and present) in Pewter Jail, Officer Shamac can be found stationarily standing in one of the jail-cell partitions. Contingent that you have completed the Kanto League, Officer Shamac will be challengable upon interaction. He will be rechallengable after a 12-day-cooldown time has elapsed irrespective of the outcome. In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Shamac will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.
Rewards
The standard subsets of rewards will be randomized and rewarded each time; however, upon defeating him three-consecutive times, you will get a extra reward on the difficulty level Medium and Hard while Hard gives slightly better rewards.

There is no shiny counterpart of Pokémon rewarded from the randomized prizeset; only the selectable prizes have one, which is 1/4,096 in fractional notation (0.0244%, in percental notation).

All rewarded Pokémon will be initialized at level 20.

Reworked bosses such as Shamac have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. There are three difficulty level: Easy, Medium and Hard.
For extra rewards, the Medium and Hard level have a three-time win streak.

Tier 1: A random amount of common items which depends on the boss, like Focus Sashes, Weakness Policies, Air Balloons,Lum Berries or Sitrus Berries.

Tier 2: A random amount of more valuable items, mixed with some high valuable rewards depending on the boss, like PP Up's, Rare Candies, Small Train Ticket or Corphish.

Tier 3: Rare Pokémon depending on the boss, like Gible, Dratini, Bunnelby or Scyther.

Easy: 85% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 5% for tier 3 rewards, 5-10k money reward.

Medium: 80% chance for tier 1, 10% for tier 2 and 10% for tier 3 rewards, 12-30k money reward, +2 PvE Coins.
Gingery Jones is a boss NPC that is challengable to all qualifiable trainers in Feral Site (Fiery Path).

It is homologous to the same Gingery Jones character that presides over the Excavation Sites, interchanging with it when all qualifiers for its challengability are met upon entering the area.
Boss rework 2019
Gingery Jones was part of the Boss rework in 2019 and was updated at the 10th January 2019.

Boss Pokémon are not restricted to only using one move when holding a choice item.

Challenging Gingery Jones
Gingery Jones Boss stationarily resides in Feral Site which is in Fiery Path, and he will be challengable contingent that he has no pending cooldown time, you have completed the Hoenn League.
In case you should have a playing time under 100 hours, Gingery Jones will give you a warning if you are really sure to fight him.

Should you Win or lose to Gingery Jones, he will be rechallengable after his 12-day-cooldown time has elapsed.

Reworked bosses such as Gingery Jones have rewards depending on the difficulty level you beat them. As harder the difficulty as more valuable is the reward normally. The exact reward is random generated based on a list of possible rewards and contains at least a money reward. There are three difficulty level: Easy, Medium and Hard.
For extra rewards, the Medium and Hard level have a three-time win streak.
George has some special rewards not every boss rewards such as Toxic Orb or Flame Orb.

Hard: 60% chance for tier 1, 25% for tier 2 and 15% for tier 3 rewards, 20-40k money reward, +4 PvE Coins.

The possible rewarded Pokémon on the hard mode are considered as slightly more valuable than those you may get on the Medium mode.
PAGENAME is a Johto area exclusive to the Bug Catching Contest in National Park. Due to the contest's cooldown, this area can only be accessed for 20 minutes everyday, making it difficult to hunt for a specific Pokémon. However, the rewards from the contest makes it worthwile to visit every day.
<br clear="all">

Bug Catching Contest
The Bug Catching Contest is a activity in which the player can take part once everyday hours by talking to the west police officer inside the south Stop House of National Park. To participate, it is necessary to select one Pokémon, which will be the only Pokémon allowed to bring inside. Parasect, Breloom and Smeargle are recommended due to their access to both False Swipe and Spore.

Once in, the player has 20 minutes to catch the best bug Pokémon possible. There are a number of NPCs inside the Bug Catching Contest that can help:
*Nurse Joy, located south of the bug catching area, will heal the player's Pokémon at the price of Pdollar2,500.
*Bug Pokémon Manager, located north from the place the player is initially teleported to, as well as inside the Judge room, will allow the player to manage his catches. He can either release a Pokémon in the player's party or withdraw one of his or her catches that was sent to the boxes due to a full party. Of course, releasing the Catcher Pokémon is not possible.
*Great Ball Seller, located in the south-east, will sell 30 Great Balls for the price of Pdollar20,000, in case the player has ran out of Pokéballs to use. It is slightly more expensive than in regular shops, as such it is not recommended to purchase unless really needed.
*Contest Pokémon Evaluation, located in the south-west, will evaluate any Pokémon and tell how much a particular Pokémon is worth in contest points.
*The police officers at the very south will allow the player to finish the contest early, should he or she feel satisfied with one of his or her caught Pokémon. It is also possible to disqualify, which means no reward will be given.

Once the Bug Catching Contest is over, it will be necessary to speak to the Contest Judge and submit the desired Bug Pokémon. It will then be necessary to speak to every other contestant and hear what Pokémon they caught, before speaking back to the Contest Judge. The Contest Judge will announce the winner and hand over the prizes, concluding the Bug Catching Contest.

Score System
Each Pokémon caught in the Bug Catching Contest is given a score. The better the Pokémon, the higher the score. To hope for a win, it is expected to aim for at least 200 points. The score is decided by four different factors:
*Level. Each level of the Pokémon is worth a point, and caps at level 25 for 25 points.
*IVs. Each IV point of the Pokémon is worth a point.
*Rarity. In the Bug Catching contest, each catchable Pokémon is given a Rarity Tier between 1 and 4:
**Tier 1 Pokémon are worth 50 points.
**Tier 2 Pokémon are worth 75 points.
**Tier 3 Pokémon are worth 100 points.
**Tier 4 Pokémon are worth 130 points.
*Shiny. If the caught Pokémon is a Shiny Pokémon, the total score is multiplied by 1.5

The total score can then be summarized by the following formula:

Score = (level + totalIV + tierBonus) * 1.5(if Shiny)
Once the first condition have been completed, it will not be necessary to accomplish it again, even if the player does not meet the required playtime at that time.

<br clear="all">

Score = (level + totalIV + tierBonus) * 1.5(if Shiny)
Once the first condition have been completed, it will not be necessary to accomplish it again, even if the player does not meet the required playtime at that time.
